Mike Ojile, Vice President of Consulting Operations

Mike has been with Magenic since 1998 in various Sales capacities helping to grow Magenic into a nationwide consulting company.  Mike is responsible for driving Magenic's revenue goals, managing client relationships, and ensuring our services are meeting the needs of our clients. Prior to Magenic, Mike spent several years with Green Tree/Conseco Finance in the Home Improvement Department. While at Green Tree/Conseco Finance, Mike held roles in Delivery and Sales, before serving as an Assistant Vice President of Eastern Sales. Mike holds a BS in Economics, with a Minor in Statistical Analysis, from the University of Minnesota.  Mike stays active with his wife and four children, is an avid golfer and overall sports fan. (

Rockford Lhotka, Chief Technology Officer

Rockford Lhotka is the creator of the popular CSLA .NET software development framework. He is the author of numerous books on software architecture, design and development. Rocky regularly presents at major conferences around the world, and is a Microsoft Regional Director and MVP. He spends his spare time with his wife and two sons, reading science fiction, and enjoying the great Minnesota outdoors. (

Carole Cuthbertson, Director of Recruiting

One of the company’s first employees, Carole’s penchant for taking care of geeks’ souls has played an integral role in shaping the culture that has allowed Magenic to grow from a small business to an international enterprise. Carole has hired close to 600 employees, including several current thought leaders, regional leaders, and national leaders. Despite her official title, anyone who’s worked at Magenic in the past 16 years will tell you that she’s known by her unofficial title – “V-Mom” (virtual mom). Her passion for the tech community and ability to recognize strength and character have helped transform Magenic into an industry leader. (

Michael Lester, Vice President of Shared Services

Michael Lester is the National Director of Shared Services. Michael came to Magenic after a decorated career in the U.S. Marine Corps as a pilot and as an IT instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He is a 14 year IT veteran in Software Development and holds an MBA in Management as well as a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialty in Digital Design and Computer Architecture. (

Tom Frankenfield, Vice President of Marketing & Inside Sales

Tom has been with Magenic since 1997. Tom is responsible for Magenic's marketing and business development. Prior to joining Magenic Tom spent 13 years in the banking industry in the areas of Operations, Cash Management, Marketing, and Lending Administration. Tom holds a BS in Finance from Minnesota State, Mankato. (

Scott Gabbard, Chief Financial Officer

Scott Gabbard is the Chief Financial Officer at Magenic. Prior to joining Magenic, Scott was the VP, Finance at high tech manufacturer August Technology. Scott has over 12 years of experience in providing strategic operational and finance solutions to high growth, multinational, publicly- and privately-held organizations. Scott holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa. (

Matt Lockhart, Vice President of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Matt’s executive responsibilities include expansion of Magenic’s market coverage through the development of National Sales/Marketing & National Consulting teams; pursuit and integration of mergers and acquisition opportunities; and expansion of Magenic’s global delivery capabilities. Matt has been with Magenic since 1996, starting in business development as the first Director of Sales, and later serving as Managing Director of the South regional office. Recently, Matt led the growth of the Magenic Delivery Center that provides project development, quality assurance, application and operations maintenance, and hosting services. Matt’s wife and four daughters are central to his off-duty activities, which include weekends at the family cabin, adoption advocacy, community service, youth coaching, hockey, and golf. (

Renée Bourget, Director of Human Resources

Renée Bourget is senior human resources professional with over 20 years of experience. This experience has been gained in various organizations across a number of different industries. Renée holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and a law degree from Hamline University School of Law. (

Saima Prabhu, Director of Quality Assurance and Testing

Saima Prabhu is the Director of Quality Assurance and Testing at Magenic with over 18 years of IT experience. During this time she has worked in various positions like marketing, sales, production shop floor management, development, quality assurance, and release management. Saima believes that the key to software development is not only delivering software on time but it also has to meet the quality standards, acceptance criteria, regulations, compliances, and budgetary needs while being usable, reliable, high performing, stable, and easy to maintain. These many parameters to excel is what makes Saima so passionate about the industry. Saima holds a BE in Electronics from the University of Pune. Saima’s world revolves around her wonderful husband Ashley and two priceless kids, Ethan and Isabelle. (

Bill Zulkosky, National Sales Director

Zulkosky brings to Magenic more than 20 years of sales and sales leadership experience for IT-related industries. Previous leadership roles include his seven years as the Director of Business Development at Shavlik Technologies managing sales and strategic relationships, Sales Executive for Solutia Consulting, and Vertical Systems Consulting. Bill also brings strong Enterprise sales experience with both Symantec and CommVault. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minn. (
