Tony Mohl, Minneapolis General Manager

Tony has more than 20 years of IT consulting experience spanning software development, quality assurance and testing, packaged software implementation, customer service, and business development. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed discovering innovative ways to utilize technology to solve business problems. Before joining Magenic, Tony served in a number of technical and management roles helping a small, New England-based consulting company grow to over 300 employees before being acquired by a larger organization. Jim Tatro, Chicago General Manager

Jim has over 20 years of experience as a leader in IT professional services. For the past ten years, Jim has served as an executive directly responsible for driving P&L performance with a focus on business development, relationship management and delivery operations. Jim has successfully developed new accounts across numerous industry verticals including manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, distribution, financial services and higher education. Prior to joining Magenic, Jim served in senior roles such as Vice President and General Manager for CIBER, CAI, and Greenbrier & Russel. Jim is a graduate of Michigan State University and resides in Naperville, IL with his wife and two daughters. Jim enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family. (jimt@magenic.com)

John Pearson, Boston General Manager

John has over 18 years of IT cross-company consulting experience, holding key positions in development, sales, and project delivery. Since starting his career with Andersen Consulting, John has enjoyed working with clients to design, develop, and implement strategic solutions that solve business problems. Before coming to Magenic as General Manager, John was most recently the Director of Professional Services for Newmarket International, managing an 80 person consulting team responsible for the implementation of IT solutions to the Newmarket client base. John holds a BS from Villanova University and a Masters from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is a lifelong Red Sox fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. John Doucette, National Markets General Manager

John has been in the custom software development industry for over 25 years, with broad vertical experience in financial, education, healthcare, retail, industrial manufacturing, utilities, and military markets. Beginning in Boston as a Principle Consultant, John has taken the leadership reigns of the National Markets and has created the fastest growing business in Magenic. His experience as a client and years of consultancy, bring a unique and creative perspective to today’s modern approach to developing software. John and his wife enjoy traveling the world, experiencing their new city of Minneapolis, and sailing with friends. (johnd@magenic.com)

Jim Austin, San Francisco General Manager

Jim has extensive experience in building, managing, and leading software development organizations across a wide range of industries, organizational settings, and resourcing models. Jim's early career was spent in London, UK, before relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area to help found start-ups in the supply chain management arena. Jim joined Magenic in 2011 where he helped manage some of the organization's largest projects, before becoming General Manager in 2013. Jim holds a BS in Economics and Geography from Loughborough University in the UK and still follows UK soccer, but is quickly becoming an ardent San Francisco Giants follower. (jimau@magenic.com)

Jeff White, Southern California Associate General Manager

Jeff has been with Magenic since 1999 and has more than 20 years of experience in software. He transitioned from consultant to MDC Engagement Manager in 2006, helping grow the way we do business before being asked to spearhead the QAT practice. Under his direction, QAT became Magenic’s fastest growing practice. Jeff’s technical leadership led to the founding principles of the QAT practice: risk-based quality, quality leadership, technical application of testing, focus on reporting, defect communication, and full alignment with the software project lifecycle. Jeff is currently working in Magenic’s newest region, Southern California, bringing the full suite of Magenic’s services to clients in the region. Jeff’s wife and three children are the main focus of his off-duty activities as well as woodworking and clock building. As a cancer survivor, Jeff spends time volunteering and advocating cancer research and awareness. (jeffw@magenic.com)

Jim Hasty, Acting Atlanta General Manager

Jim has over 23 years of experience in Information Technology leading software development, channel sales/alliances, operations, and portfolio management teams spanning multiple industries. Jim has extensive experience analyzing client issues, developing partnerships, building teams, and delivering complex, enterprise solutions. After starting his career at EDS, Jim was in leadership positions at IBM, Macy’s, and Cox Communications. Jim has a BS from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Georgia State University. Jim enjoys spending time with his children, coaching baseball, serving on the board for a local nonprofit which helps the homeless, and watching college football.  (jimh@magenic.com)
