Magenic University was created to instruct our consultants and developers in an interactive way to become as educated as possible in what Magenic can do for our clients. Our seven Microsoft MVPs, senior and principal consultants, and regional managers lead the lecture series and incorporate the technical and soft skills it requires to be the best custom software development minds in the industry.

One of our Magenic University series features Senior Account Executive Marco Ovikian, discussing Magenic’s core competency with our consultants and developers. In this segment, custom application development is reviewed in detail, going into aspects such as user experience and design, quality assurance and testing, and support and maintenance. Magenic’s unique 3-tier delivery model is also discussed to assist in our employee’s understanding of the company. We find it necessary for our consultants and developers to be well informed of aspects of the company in which they do not interact with daily. This segment allows them to learn more about each aspect of Magenic’s custom application development process.
