Quality Assurance & Testing: Method, Part 2

Jeffrey White and Saima Prabhu are back to explain the phases in which the quality assurance and testing (QAT) team engages with each client. The first phase is initiation where the team focuses on understanding the context of the project and conducting interviews to learn the client expectations. Next, the team goes through a planning phase, creating a test plan and a test case. Execution is the final phase where the test cases are executed, defects are reported, and other reports are communicated with members of the project team. These three phases lead Magenic to successful end results on our custom application development projects.
