Built by a team of individuals whose expertise traces to the roots of interactive business technology, Magenic has held on to founding principles as we have grown. Now as a premier business technology consultancy with roots around the United States and beyond, our 500 + member team provides strategic solutions for crucial business problems that spur growth for companies in the most challenging industries .
Committed to being good partners for clients since 1995, we have a collaborative work culture that takes time to celebrate small wins along the way to the milestones that drive your business forward. The people we hire are driven by a passion for doing great work that drives great client results. Each team member enjoys working with people as much as working on solutions, so when on-site, you’ll get a fun coworker as well as an expert resource. The team we’ve built is also committed to equality in the workplace and has backed that up with support for groups like Girls Who Code and The Ponytail Posse, who each encourage gender equality in the tech industry. Through efforts like this, we back up our belief in hiring and partnering with the best, and not settling for the conventional way of doing business.

When we engage a new business partner, we want to work with companies that aren’t just looking for a great technology solution. We work closely with our clients, and provide strategic guidance that leads the development of any solution, so we look for customers who want a partnership above a vendor relationship.
Working with the best companies in the world to become better at what they do, there are a lot of great people who we work with. Our team is at our best when the relationship and respect for expertise flows both ways, so we hope you are looking for someone like us.
From charitable donations to in-person coaching and leadership, Magenic has long been committed to supporting the communities in the areas we live and work.
